Local printed orders are typically delivered directly to the funeral home one day before weekday services. For Saturday and Sunday services, Friday is the delivery target, unless other arrangements have been discussed and confirmed.
Serenity Impressions proudly serves families nationwide. Qualifying obituary print orders include complimentary expedited shipping. We carefully coordinate shipping for arrival before the service, with Friday as the target for weekend funerals. Any necessary schedule adjustments are communicated promptly.
Standard production is generally scheduled over 4–7 business days. When less time is available, request rush service during ordering. All rush orders are subject to availability, and shipping transit time must still be considered.
Rush service fees are additional to the order price and are confirmed before production begins.

Our calculator estimates the latest submission date using the service date. We confirm cutoff dates and scheduling during your order. Your order is not scheduled until payment is received.
Typically within 24–48 hours after payment and all required information, photographs and design preferences have arrived. Please respond to review requests promptly so printing stays on schedule.
For Tuesday through Friday services, the general target is the previous day. Saturday and Sunday services have a Friday delivery target. Monday services generally require earlier planning for Friday arrival, rather than assuming Sunday carrier delivery.
Rush options may be available. Serenity Impressions reviews the remaining design, production and shipping time before confirming whether an order can be accepted.
